Track an existing order

Sign in to the account used for your purchase. Open the order history, select the order and check its tracking information. If you checked out through a different account, use the order confirmation to find the right retailer and account.

Ask about a product or delivery

Use the contact or support option attached to the relevant order or seller. Include the order number and a clear description of the issue. For questions about ingredients, allergens or the package you received, keep the label and lot details available.

Returns and damaged items

Food items may have different return rules from other purchases. Open the order’s help options to see what is available for that item. If a package arrives damaged or appears unsafe to use, contact the seller or retailer through the order record.
